The Bible doesn’t seek to answer the question because the two principal schools of economic thought—capitalism and socialism—did not exist at the time the Bible was written. So how should we try to answer the question before us? By exploring some of the important values that the Bible clearly does teach and then showing which system does the better job of fulfilling those values.
